randomness

flat tummy, bum sticks out...so because my tummy is getting progressively flatter and my bottom isn't as much, I noticed that my bottom sticks out more because of the contrast...

food intake...today was abismal: two cups of milky coffee and 1 and 1/2 slices of toast for breakfast. A toddler style fruit bar for a snack with water. Two cheese sticks, a cup of tea and five biscuits for lunch. Pre workout dinner multiple handfuls of buffalo wing flavored crisps and a bowl of Golden Grahams. Post workout dinner: Fish and Chips. And now I contemplating a second bowl of Golden Grahams.


BUT...I am at my parents for Easter this weekend, and we all know what the means -- GOOD food: this time around - lobster and crab...turkey and ham...scallop potatoes, something yummy for breakfast (Ronnie gets to decide), and a drink or two ;)

one month...TODAY!!!

double booking...I double booked myself to work and volunteer...not sure where my mind is lately! Some would say it might have something to do with one month!!!

nap taking...and dreams...when I nap, or when I hit the snooze button numerous times I have the strangest dreams, they are extremely vivid, yet when I am experiencing the dream I know it is a dream, and if I want to escape the absurdity of it all I need just open my eyes...


kickboxing...was rough tonight...I haven't worked out on the bags in weeks, and then we had to do squats and jumps, and it was the repetition, that and my not so healthy food intake prior to the workout. Also I think I need to add in a third work out on the weekends - because going from Wednesay, which is the lighest workout of the week, to waiting until Monday (the hardest workout of the week) just isn't making the cut on my muscles, etc...

...............OK well that I suppose is enough RaNdOmNeSs FoR tHe WeEk..............
