I haven't worked out in a week and a half. Now six months ago this wouldn't pose a problem, but now that I have been relatively consistent in working out my body is moaning at me for depriving it of its time to stretch, and tone, and deplete...
I am eating and not working out -- and my body is reminding that it quite enjoys those two hours a week of working out, of exercising, of movement...
Back to working out on Wednesday dear body of mine...I know I've deprived you, but we will be back on course soon enough and then you can complain to me about how you don't really like to work out...Wednesday may be rough on the bod, I should have least done something on my own even if I couldn't go to class. I know, I know dear 20 something body of mine I told you already Wednesday I will be back...
