Funny the above were blog post topics that I had jotted down Sunday night.

"To thine..." still has some relevancy, in fact I probably should draw out that blog so as to serve as a reminder. Additionally coinciding with it, because I was thinking of it this evening as I brushed my teeth, about chameleons, plaid, and explosions!!!

"Wrapped..." is a sweet one. I should expand on that, again a good reminder.

"In the..." I don't remember what I was referring to, which is unfortunate because I am sure it was a good 'un.

"Energy..." Well it did Sunday night and then I hit what felt like a brick wall Monday around 5pm. Tuesday was rough, and I am still fighting the 'cough.' Now though because I lost appetite being sick I dropped to 116 lbs - not good. Also not good because it is painful to cough, my abs are working overtime (hey who needs KB when you have a wracking cough?!) and two, my back/chest hurts with pressure.

However, my energy did return, which goes for the fact of how closely linked our physical is with emotional. Amazing how all those verses are true! Tuesday I had what my sister referred to as "MOPE" and because of the MOPE the resulting effect was a boost to my sagging spirit.
