my life theme for this year:
"ever changing, yet still the same"
has a few different connotations...
- I am ever changing, yet God is constant, He is the same yesterday, today, and tomorrow
- God remains the same, yet my perspective of who He is changes
- My life in general feels as if it is ever changing, while simultaneously feeling as if it hasn't - for example: school is still in the picture, although a different pace. New apartment, but STILL the same local...
Life is just the same yet full of change -- currently there is much change on the horizon, and change isn't exactly my favourite part of life; but I am trying at not concerning myself with the changes to come, rather relaxing and knowing that I have no control over many of the changes.
The very nuances of life don't change, yet sometimes the environment does, or the people involved change, or the circumstances, but the core of LIFE does not change...
