French Toast, Bacon, Fresh Fruit

From Roast Chicken and all the "Fixings" to French Toast with Asian Bistro thrown in to Terakyai Salmon, lamb, Brie, Pate, Crepes, Steak Salad, Scrambled Eggs, Crumpets, Avocado Burgers, Fresch Cinnamon Cake...YES, that was my menu for this past week. NO, not some hotel; but the table of my parents. Life is good when full of good food, and more importantly when it is full of the company of those I love, value, and admire.

Thank you MUM and DAD for such a special week.

It wasn't just the food -- it was the conversation, it was the time together, it was the laughter, it was the love of the church of new life Christian Church, it was the time spent with others who love my parents -- to see their love and admiration for my parents, it was the passion of my parents for church and the lost, it was my dad's visionary mindset, it was the genorosity of them both -- it was that and so much more!!!
