Woo-Hoo I had a good workout tonight, partly because I actually increased my own intensity just a teensy bit. So what do I do following this hour long workout??? I come home and prepare myself four rashes of bacon. I then proceed to drizzle ok drench them in warm syrup and partake of the yummy goodness. You would think I would partner this post work out dinner (?) with a somewhat healthier choice of drink, but no I mix myself up some good ol' hot chocolate, and not that boiled water add packet kind, but the warm 2% (yes it does really have to be 2% if it is homemade) milk, and a few spoonfuls of Nesquick chocolate mix.
I am not sure what is about bacon this week, but I am really getting my money's worth out of the package I bought. I forgot just how much I enjoy bacon, and it so easy to cook - I do tend to char it sometimes, but then you drizzle it with syrup - no ketchup on my rashes - and it just is that perfect blend of crunchy and chewy and salty and sweet (can really say "sweety" can you?). I'm making my own mouth water just thinking about it, and I have eaten my four rashes already.
Ok well to round out the "dinner of champions" I think I need a cookie!!!
