Remember that Spring Reading Thing I commited to? Well June 21st is the deadline so I thought I would check in with what I said I would read:

Fiction
"Nineteen Minutes" Jodi Picoult - read
"Catch 22" Joseph Heller
"Split Ends" Kristen Billerbeck - read
"Miss. Invisible" Laura Jensen Walker - read
"Sunrise" Karen Kingsbury (not out to May though) -read
"The Bread Winner" Deborah Ellis - read
"The Girls" Lori Lansens - read

Non Fiction
"The Audacity of Hope" Barack Obama (I've started but I need to finish it)
"Londonistan" Melanie Phillips
"The Barbarian Way" Erwin McManus

So I have to read "Catch 22" still and my three non fiction.

Since that April 11th I have read many other books - most rereads of many...all the Glenbrook series, Pretense, Sophie's Heart, The Million Dollar Dilema, In Search Of Eden (not a reread), Velvet Elvis (not a reread), and some others that at present I can't remember!

So really I need to now write reviews on the books that I read for Spring Reading Thing, especially because four of the seven are recent releases.

Ok so here's hoping I can read the non fiction and Catch 22 in 17 days - it is doable, although I also started "Emma" this afternoon (a reread), I had forgotten that I had put "Catch 22" on the list - I've never read it.

Well if you read the post before this you know that I am in fact trying to remind my body that I am in fact sleepy and need to go to bed, so I think I'll close and go and try again to pull my mind and body into slumber!!!!!!
